3/6 Monthly Rate Program

Monthly Stays of 3-5 Months = 10% discount
Monthly Stays of 6+ months = 15% discount

The program is available to guests year-round, but cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion (i.e. the Extend Your Sunshine). In order to take advantage of the discounted monthly rate, guests may not shorten their stay without penalty. All monthly reservations must be booked through our reservations team.

6/6 Monthly Rate Program

6-months onsite rental rate = 15% off the rack monthly rate (6-Month Rate)
6-months storage rate = $100 per month, plus power
Guests may stay overnight in their RV for $30 per night.

With this program, guests pay a minimum of six months of onsite rental during the fall and winter seasons and can then leave their RV on their site through the summer months (for a maximum of 6 months) for a nominal fee. Further, guests can pay a discounted daily rate to stay in their RV during this storage period if they desire. Applicable only with Standard and Exterior RV Sites.
